Dispatch:
- After your order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- We use the services of PostNL for the shipment of our products.

Track and Trace:
- When shipping via PostNL you will receive a Track and Trace code in the shipping confirmation.
- With this code you can track the status of your order and view the expected delivery date.
- You can enter the Track and Trace code on the PostNL website or in the PostNL app.

Delivery:
- PostNL delivers your order to the delivery address you specified.
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will leave a message with instructions for collecting your package at the nearest PostNL point.
- Make sure you bring valid proof of identity when picking up your package.

Delivery time:
- The estimated delivery time of your order is stated during the checkout process.
- Please note that the delivery time is indicative and may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Postage costs:
- The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order.
- The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you place your order.
